What you can do

Pick your profile, your save and a truck or trailer from your fleet. It appears in 3D with its parts, paint and plate. Nothing to copy or paste.

Click a part to change it

Pins sit on the real parts of the truck. Click one to browse the accessories that fit, then add, swap or remove them.

Paint jobs and painted parts

Change the paint job of the truck and give individual parts their own colour.

Wheels, axle by axle

Tyres, rims, hubs, nuts and covers, edited per axle like in the game.

License plates

Plates for your truck and your trailer, shown in 3D the way the game draws them.

How it works

    Download Milevox

    Install the free Milevox tracker on Windows 10 or 11. It is a single file, nothing else to set up.

  2. 02

    Open Tools

    Choose your game profile and your save, then enable the 3D editor. Your fleet appears as cards.

  3. 03

    Edit, then save

    Click a truck, change it in 3D, and press Save to game. Load that save in Euro Truck Simulator 2.

Questions

Is the Milevox 3D Save Editor free?

Yes. It is included in the Milevox tracker, which is free to download and use.

Which game does it support?

The 3D editor works with Euro Truck Simulator 2. The Milevox tracker itself records your deliveries in both Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator.

Do I need to paste save codes?

No. The editor reads your own profile and save directly, so you pick a truck from your fleet instead of copying code blocks around.

Is my save safe?

Before the first change it writes, the editor keeps a backup of your save next to it (game.sii.milevox.bak). Keeping your own copy before big edits is still a good habit.

How much disk space does the 3D view need?

Nothing is downloaded until you enable the 3D editor. It then downloads a shared 3D pack once, and each vehicle you open is cached on your disk. The Tools page shows that storage and clears it in one click.

Can I use an edited save in multiplayer?

Edits are written to your own save files. Multiplayer servers have their own rules about modified saves, so check them before you play online.
